Whom are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (Manager) who can effectively manage and execute complex development sprints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the problem, developing solutions, breaking down tasks, and ensuring seamless execution within the developer team. They will lead initiatives, provide guidance to developers, and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5 to 7 years of coding experience.

• A leader with coding expertise, and the ability to guide developers in executing the tasks.

• Experience in managing 5-10 developers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with founders, developers, and other stakeholders.

• Proactive problem solver who ensures smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of MERN stack, Python, and Azure technologies.

• Ability to assess and evaluate technical feasibility of product requirements.
