Role Overview

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own Lucio's marketing-led demand generation engine for the US market. You will drive reach and MQL generation through content marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, or a combination of these channels. This is an ownership role: you will run the engine that generates demand, not just set up marketing infrastructure.

What You'll Own

1. Demand Generation Strategy

• Design and run marketing campaigns that generate MQLs from the US market.

• Choose and combine the right channels across content marketing, product marketing, and performance marketing.

• Own reach and MQL targets end to end.

2. Messaging and Campaigns

• Craft compelling messaging for US legal buyers.

• Plan and execute campaigns across the chosen channels.

• Nurture prospects through the funnel.

3. Experimentation

• Experiment with different ways of generating demand and double down on what works.

• Test new channels, formats, and messages to keep improving reach and MQL output.

What Success Looks Like

• Strong reach across Lucio's target US legal audience.

• A steady, growing pipeline of MQLs from the US market.

Who You Are

• 3-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with US-focused businesses.

• Strong understanding of at least one of content marketing, product marketing, or performance marketing, with working familiarity across the others.

• Smart, entrepreneurial, and resourceful.

• You can craft compelling messaging, run campaigns, nurture prospects, and experiment with different ways of generating demand.

• You want to own a marketing-led demand generation engine, not just set up marketing infrastructure.
