The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Lead, based in London, to spearhead Lucio’s expansion in the UK and Europe. This is an ideal opportunity for a lawyer from a well-regarded UK law firm with strong leadership traits to transition into entrepreneurship, applying their legal expertise to build the go-to-market engine of one of the fastest-growing legal AI startups.
You’ll own the UK and EU growth strategy, build relationships with leading law firms and in-house teams, and drive adoption across Lucio’s sales channels.
This role demands ambition, creativity, and leadership, and a chance to step out of the traditional path and shape the future of legal AI.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market (GTM)
Lead Lucio’s UK & EU go-to-market strategy, driving adoption across law firms, in-house teams, and enterprise partnerships.
Define and execute scalable strategies for pipeline generation, combining inbound, outbound, PLG, and partnership-led growth.
Work with partners & clients to design tailored strategies for adoption and growth.
Engagement & Relationships
Build and manage relationships with law firms, in-house teams, and ecosystem partners.
Act as the voice of UK & EU lawyers, shaping Lucio’s product roadmap, messaging, and positioning.
Represent Lucio at industry events, conferences, and high-stakes client meetings, establishing credibility and thought leadership.
Executive Responsibilities
Track and report on adoption, retention, and revenue metrics, ensuring predictable growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure aligned execution.
Serve as an advisor to various stakeholders, communicating Lucio’s value with credibility.
Act as the public face of Lucio in the UK, contributing to press engagements.
