As we scale globally, outbound growth is a critical lever for introducing Lucio to law firms and in-house legal teams, who are actively shaping the future of legal work.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Outbound Growth Leader who can design, execute, and scale outbound programs targeting global law firms and in-house legal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who has deep experience in B2B SaaS outbound growth, particularly selling into the US market. You should be comfortable owning outbound from strategy through execution, including cold email, LinkedIn prospecting, sequencing, and performance tracking.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and category awareness.
What You’ll Own
1. Global Outbound Strategy
Design and scale outbound motion targeting law firms and enterprise legal teams.
Build ICP segmentation, messaging frameworks, and outreach strategies.
Develop multi-touch outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
2. Cold Outreach Execution & Optimisation
Own outbound sequencing including email copy, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-up flows.
Continuously test messaging angles, positioning, and value propositions.
Drive experimentation across outreach channels to improve reply rates and conversions.
3. Sales & Marketing Alignment
Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth pipeline conversion.
Collaborate with product and content teams to translate product capabilities into outbound narratives.
Maintain data-driven reporting dashboards and performance insights.
4. Market Intelligence & Messaging
Track competitor positioning and industry outreach trends.
Translate market insights into differentiated outreach strategies.
Refine Lucio’s outbound narrative for global audiences.

Who You Are
7+ years experience in outbound growth, SDR leadership, or demand generation in B2B SaaS.
Strong experience selling into the US market.
Proven track record of building outbound programs from scratch.
Excellent copywriting and messaging skills.
Highly analytical with a strong experimentation mindset.
Self-driven and comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.
