As we continue to expand globally, we are building teams across multiple geographies and functions. We are looking for an HR Manager who can help us attract exceptional talent, build scalable people processes, and create a strong employee experience across regions.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused HR Manager who can own global hiring and people operations across India, the US, the UK, and other key markets.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience supporting fast-growing startups and understands the complexities of hiring across different geographies. You will work closely with founders and business leaders to scale Lucio's team while ensuring a strong culture and seamless employee experience.
What You'll Own
1. Global Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment across India, the US, the UK, and other international markets.
Build talent pipelines across business, sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, AI, and legal functions.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring strategies.
Manage relationships with recruiters, hiring platforms, and external talent partners.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position Lucio as a preferred employer globally.
2. Global HR Operations
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple jurisdictions.
Coordinate employment documentation, background verification, and employee records.
Work with external consultants and partners to support compliance and employment requirements in different regions.
Maintain HR systems, employee data, and internal documentation.
3. Employee Experience & Culture
Support employee engagement initiatives across distributed teams.
Help build and maintain a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and workplace matters.
Plan team-building initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication efforts.
4. Performance & People Development
Support performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.
Partner with managers to identify employee development opportunities.
Help implement learning and development initiatives across teams.
Track employee engagement, retention, and performance metrics.
5. HR Strategy & Scaling
Build scalable HR processes and frameworks to support global growth.
Develop and improve policies, employee handbooks, and people programs.
Provide workforce planning support as Lucio expands into new markets and functions.
Generate HR reports and insights to support leadership decision-making.

Who You Are
5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
Experience hiring across multiple geographies, including India and international markets.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, people operations, and employee lifecycle management.
Experience working in startups, SaaS companies, AI companies, or high-growth technology environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and HR initiatives simultaneously.
