Paid acquisition plays a critical role in accelerating Lucio’s global growth and market awareness. We are building high-impact performance marketing systems that combine data, creativity, and precision targeting to reach legal decision-makers worldwide.
Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to scale Lucio’s paid acquisition engine with a strong focus on LinkedIn performance marketing and Google ecosystem advertising.
What You’ll Own
1. Paid Growth Strategy
Design and scale paid campaigns targeting global law firms and legal buyers.
Own LinkedIn Ads strategy across demand generation, retargeting, and brand amplification.
Manage Google Ads ecosystem including search and display campaigns.
2. Campaign Optimisation & Experimentation
Track campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, creatives, and messaging.
Conduct structured A/B testing across campaign variables.
Drive ROI and cost-efficiency improvements.
3. Funnel & Attribution Management
Build campaign attribution models and conversion tracking frameworks.
Partner with growth and sales teams to optimize lead quality.
Maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems.
4. Creative & Messaging Collaboration
Work closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Align paid campaigns with Lucio’s brand and GTM messaging.

Efficient CAC optimisation and measurable ROI.
Who You Are
7+ years experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads (mandatory).
Strong experience with Google Ads ecosystem.
Strong analytical and experimentation mindset.
Comfortable working in fast-growth startup environments.
