Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic Inbound Growth Manager who can drive Lucio’s organic discovery across search, AI answer engines, and content ecosystems.
This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands SEO, AEO, and organic growth in B2B SaaS, particularly for global audiences.
What You’ll Own
1. SEO & AEO Strategy
Build and execute global SEO strategy targeting law firms and legal technology audiences.
Optimise content for traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
Identify high-impact keyword clusters aligned with Lucio’s product and positioning.
2. Content Discovery & Optimisation
Partner with content teams to ensure blogs, landing pages, and resources rank effectively.
Optimise technical SEO, content architecture, and internal linking.
Implement schema strategies and structured data for discoverability.
3. Organic Growth Analytics
Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and conversion performance.
Run ongoing experiments to improve search visibility.
Develop dashboards tracking SEO and AEO performance.
4. Competitive & Industry Research
Track competitor search performance and content strategies.
Identify organic growth gaps and expansion opportunities.

Who You Are
7+ years experience in SEO or inbound growth for B2B SaaS.
Strong understanding of evolving AI-driven search ecosystems.
Experience managing global search strategy.
Highly analytical with strong experimentation capability.
