As Lucio continues to grow, we’re looking for Account Managers with legal domain familiarity and strong sales instincts to help expand our footprint with law firms across the U.S.

Role Overview

We are hiring three Account Managers to drive new business and manage relationships with law firms across New York and Southern California. This role is ideal for someone who understands the legal ecosystem and enjoys building relationships, generating pipelines, and closing deals.

You may come from a legal background transitioning into sales or from legal-tech sales with strong industry familiarity.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities with law firms

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing

  • Build relationships with partners, legal operations leaders, and firm administrators

  • Demonstrate Lucio’s platform and articulate the value of AI-powered legal workflows

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting

  • Collaborate with product and customer teams to ensure successful client adoption

Required Qualifications

  • Legal education or legal work experience, combined with sales experience or strong interest in sales

    Example profiles:

    • 2+ years working in the legal field and now selling a product or service

    • 2–3 years in sales followed by legal education or experience

  • Experience working at a legal technology or legal services company

  • Familiarity with selling solutions to law firms, especially small to mid-sized firms

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a high-ownership environment

Preferred Background

  • Experience with companies in the legal tech ecosystem

  • Existing network within law firms

  • Prior experience working against sales quotas
