Role Overview
We’re hiring a Legal Solutions Engineer (Corporate focus) to support customer engagements and drive successful adoption of Lucio across transactional and advisory legal workflows.
This is a more customer-facing, solutions-oriented role, ideal for someone with a corporate/transactions background who enjoys working closely with clients to implement and optimize legal technology.
The role is intentionally broad, allowing flexibility to contribute across customer success, implementation, product feedback, and workflow design depending on business needs.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with law firms and legal teams to understand corporate and transactional workflows
Support implementation and customization of Lucio for use cases such as contract review, diligence, and advisory work
Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring strong adoption and long-term success
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, translating feedback into actionable insights
Help design scalable solutions and best practices for corporate/legal ops use cases
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning customer success, product, and operations
Who This Is For
Lawyers with corporate / transactional experience (law firm or in-house)
Strong understanding of contracts, diligence processes, and advisory workflows
Interest in client-facing roles and working closely with customers
Ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholder relationships
Structured thinker with a problem-solving mindset
