1. Who owns the data uploaded to Lucio?
You retain full ownership of your data at all times. As per our Terms of Use, Lucio does not claim ownership over any documents, inputs, or outputs generated within your workspace. Data is processed solely to provide the services you have contracted for.
2. Is our data used to train Lucio’s AI models?
No. Lucio does not use customer data to train shared or general models. Customer data is processed only to fulfill your requests. Where third-party model providers are involved, contractual safeguards prohibit data retention or training on customer content.
3. How is our data secured?
Lucio encrypts data in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Customer data is logically segregated, and access is governed by strict role-based controls and least-privilege principles.
4. Where is our data hosted?
Lucio operates on secure, enterprise-grade Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Hosting environments are designed to meet high standards of reliability and data protection. Regional hosting options are used depending on customer geography.
5. What happens to our data if we terminate our contract?
Upon termination, Customer data is securely deleted from active systems in accordance with our retention timelines and contractual commitments.
