Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Outbound Growth Manager to execute targeted outreach campaigns for global law firms and in-house legal teams.
You will focus on execution excellence, supporting outbound sequencing, prospect research, and engagement tracking.
What You’ll Own
1. Outbound Campaign Execution
Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Personalise messaging for ICP segments.
Manage outbound tools, CRM workflows, and sequencing platforms.
2. Prospect Research & Targeting
Identify and qualify target accounts and buyer personas.
Build and maintain prospect lists aligned with ICP definitions.
Conduct account-level research to improve outreach relevance.
3. Outreach Optimisation
Track outreach metrics including response rates and conversions.
Support A/B testing of messaging and outreach frameworks.
Maintain clean CRM data and reporting dashboards.

Consistent outreach activity with high-quality personalisation.
Improved reply rates and qualified meeting generation.
Reliable outbound execution supporting senior growth strategy.
Who You Are
4-5 years experience in B2B SaaS outbound or SDR roles.
Exposure to US or global outbound sales cycles.
Strong written communication and research skills.
Familiarity with outbound sequencing and CRM tools.
Self-driven and comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.
