About the Role:

We’re hiring a Product Manager to own and drive the development of Lucio’s AI-native legal products end-to-end. This role is suited for someone with strong technical understanding and prior product ownership, who can bridge product vision, technical execution, and business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with founders, engineering teams, and customer-facing stakeholders to define product direction, translate requirements into execution plans, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role is hands-on, execution-driven, and carries clear ownership across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Understanding & Requirements Gathering

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize product requirements.

• Translate business needs and client feedback into clear product specifications.

• Engage directly with clients to gather feedback and refine product direction.

Team & Project Management

• Break down product requirements into clear, actionable tasks.

• Subdivide work efficiently among a team of 3–4 members with well-defined ownership.

• Set expectations with the tech team, track progress, and proactively resolve blockers.

• Follow up on timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with founders to align product direction with overall business objectives.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess feasibility and ensure scalable solutions.

• Interface with the client success team to address customer needs and improve product adoption.

• Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product management or related product roles.

• Prior experience owning parts of the product lifecycle end-to-end, from requirements to delivery.

• Strong technical understanding, with familiarity with Figma, Mixpanel, Posthog and other product management tools.

• Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and work effectively with engineering teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proactive problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
